Don Houston Jr was born with Cerebral Palsy. His first computer was in the mid-1980s, and it was an
Apple Ile. In the early ’90s, Don’s Parents had a Commodore 64 that used a command prompt to load
programs. Don was also introduced to Microsoft Windows 3.1.
In high school, he was introduced to Windows 95 and 98. Soon after graduating from High School, Don
built his first computer with Microsoft XP as the operating system. Don has been fascinated with
computers and the IT field since High school.
Don just completed his Associate of Arts in Information Technology and will be working on his Bachelor
of Science in Information Technology. Don Believes in the following principles:
- That services offered shall be explained in communication with the client in a common language and understanding.
- That the client can ask and answer any questions about work being performed at any given time.
- That the client will have a copy of the work notes from the job completed.
- The invoice shall be understandable at the end of the meeting.
Don believes that all clients should be always treated fairly and with respect. He wants to ensure that all
clients understand what is happening and can ask about anything before, during or after a service call.
And that they shall receive a fast and professional answer to their questions.
Don also believes that all active and former Military service members and senior citizens shall receive
a (10%) discount on all labor. Don’s promise is to give great service at an affordable rate. He takes pride
in what he does and how he communicates with each of the clients he serves.
